Break forces the creation of a new batch by adding a bunch of empty tokens between sections of your prompt, so that they exceed the 75 limit. The benefit is that by creating a new vector, you minimize bleeding between the two sections.
First, the in-game description of Break Effect: "Enhances the various Weakness Break effects, such as the amount of DMG dealt upon Weakness Break, the amount of DMG dealt by DoTs per turn, and how far enemy actions are delayed." These effects are only affected by character/enemy level + resistances and Break Effect %.
This would halve the Weakness Break Efficiency's effects on the Super Break DMG formula from 50% to 25%, which halves the gap between being able to break weaknesses and doing too much Super Break DMG. To compensate for the reduced total DMG, they could also add in DMG% to the formula at 50% efficiency.

I'd like to actually put Harmony MC to use and build a break team, but I don't have Ruan Mei. My current idea for a break team would be HMC, Xueyi/Luke/Sampo, Pela and Gallagher (don't have Boothill so no 5* DPS for break). Would it be a good investment, considering I'm looking to save for a Ruan Mei rerun?
