"Purchased headphones online with next day delivery. Checked tracking the next day and noticed it was delayed......next day same result....next day same result so I asked my wife to go purchase at the South Hills store and she did. Gave one as gift and tried the return the other pair outside of the return policy of 14 days. The idea to purchase online was so I did not have to go to the store. So I went to the store, again, thinking once they heard I was inconvenienced by the late delivery they would just credit my credit card for the money. Nope, don't care....the lady wasn't interested in the story the principal of it all, nothing...just = in store credit..see ya later bye. Piss poor. Just piss poor."

"Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy."
