"We had a not so fun interaction with one of their employees today. During checkout I spoke with one of the clerks and told him I didn't like the experience. The clerk listened and was attentive and understanding. As we left, another person (may have been the owner) stopped us and asked us about our experience. He was so kind and understanding....I would NEVER went back, but way the 2 men responded made a difference and inspired me to give this business as many stars as i could. I hope this becomes a teachable moment for the person we didn't have a great interaction with."
