Hello. On my slowly dying Windows 10 PC, I had a lifetime Malwarebytes Pro disc program installed on my computer, and I would like to know the instructions on how to remove it from that computer so that I can use it on a new computer. Your help will be appreciated.
So far, i have tried to uninstall it through the support tool, control panel, even manually, but it didn't work because the "Malwarebytes Service" is still running. I would like some advice/assistance on how to remove it. (Such as using 3rd party tools like uninstallers or such or some other way).

One thing I then tried which did work for one machine was running C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\ConfigurationRecoveryTool.exe MBCloudEA.exe. This then said the Endpoint Agent needed uninstalling and reinstalling but at least got the machine to check in with Nebula so I could then remove it.
