ANNA -- Robert “Bobby” Joe Poff, 59, died at 2:17 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, in Union County Hospital. He was born on March 26, 1955, in Chicago, the son of Robert J. and Hazel M. (Ballew) Poff.
